We also realize that many clients have difficulty visualizing what their home and its many elements will look like from a plan. Instead of making most of your selections and decisions up front, we prefer to guide you through your selections as your home progresses. This way you can see how it’s turning out and build upon your style “foundation” as it develops. Often times many features will transform during construction to assure the clients get the desired end results.
Once you’ve made the important decision to build a new home, you want an estimate that’s as comprehensive and detailed as possible to help you understand what costs, products and services you can expect. We will go over this estimate in detail with you because we’re proud of the high quality products and craftsmen that we use and we want you to know what you’re getting for what may be your biggest investment. We do true cost plus pricing. You’ll receive a copy of every invoice we receive for your project with no hidden costs and no add-ons. The cost to build will be whatever costs we incur plus our management fee. Period.
